- Check
out time: 11:30 A.M. An extension charge of Php 300.00 per hour
will be imposed.

- Only
reheating of food bought inside CME shall be allowed. Cooking
inside the room is not allowed.
|
- Inventory
is to be taken before and after occupation of room. Missing items
(e.g. Towels, etc.) are to be charged
to the guest; except standard consumable items such as soap and
shampoo.

- Any
damage to the unit and to its furnitures shall be charged to the
guest.
|
- CME
shall not be responsible for any accident/losses in lives and/or
property of the guests.
|
- A
deposit of Php 1,000.00/room shall be made.
|
- For
loss of key, guest shall be charged Php 1,000.00.
|
- Babies
below one year old are free.
|
- Room
accommodates only up to maximum of 4 persons.
